Well after almost two and half years of having no illness I have been hit gastrgastroenteritis -- also known as the “stomach flu so I have been on the throne more than I care for. It started while we where away so spoiled the end of the holiday and the journey home was painful. The most important factor is the drink plenty which is hard when it goes from one end to the other quickly.
