I was 14 yrs old when my father passed away. The suddenness of the event threw everything out of gear and my Mother, a simple housewife, was left to takecare of 3 children. Not only did she bring us up against all the odds but made sure we all saw only the bright side of each passing day. Every single day, either from her words or through her actions, I learnt values of hard work, perseverance and above all self-belief. No school in the world couldve taught me that.
