Well...day 5 of the gluten free/ dairy free thing and Im managing surprisingly well! I thought Id have some issues but none so far. Seared scallops and sauteed spinach with caramelized onions for dinner tonight. I cant tell if the diet is making me feel better though because of the new med that actually lets me sleep through the night - I hadnt slept 8 solid hours in one night for as long as I can remember! I was lucky to get 8 hours of sleep in two nights, let alone one!
