Well decided to splurge tonight and made stuffed mushrooms. The stuffing is ground chicken and bacon with mushrooms onions and green peppers and bake them in a homemade cheese sauce and then I took them out and put them in a smaller pan concentrated the cheese sauce down and then top the mushrooms with the sauce and some grated mozzarella cheese and jalapinos on each mushroom. Have to save turned out really good a little on the spicy side but really good.
