Well its Another day, Another mountain to climb, One more valley - TopicsExpress

Well its Another day, Another mountain to climb, One more valley to walk through, Another cross to bear, Another struggle and Burden that seems to never end!! Another tear filled night that you feel will be the one that breaks you and you feel you just can not take it another day. Do you ever feel like Living the Christian life is so hard?! But Us being the humble, spiritual Christians we are, we will take up our cross and do the best we can. After all that is the Lords Will for us!! It keeps us humble. Now this sounds so spiritual and humble and so very Comforting to Know that He will give us the strength and courage to face it all. Well My question is why are you trying to carry a cross that is far to heavy, walk a christian walk that you are not equipped to and struggle to look holy on the outside when you are feeling so inadequate on the inside? He tells us to let go and let Him, Yet we insist that we must show our worth and strength and It does make us look spiritual. I know we have always been taught that God will help us climb those mountains, make it through those valleys and He will never allow us to have more on us than we can bear. And this is True, He will always be with you and He will never leave you. 1 Corinthians 10:13: 13.There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. But does He really say that you must carry a cross always and have more mountains in your life than Rushmore? Does He say that you are super spiritual when you are always in the valley of despair and that He can teach you better when you are down trodden and sick? Lets just see what His Precious Word says and What He really wants for His Children. First of all lets look at His love for us: In Isaiah 66-3: He compares it (His Love) to a mothers Love. There are three mothers in the bible that always get my attention, their love for their children is an excellent example of the comparison of His love to a Mothers Love. First There is Moses Mother (Jochebed) Now this Mother was not going to take her son being killed lying down. She had the never give up attitude, She knew there was deliverance for her son and she, like all mothers knew the minute someone saw her little boy they too would love him, she was totally determined to make sure he was always taken care of she even offered to nurse the baby Pharaohs daughter had discovered, (Smart little mama). Then there is the Mother of Jesus, (Mary). She shows how a mothers love never turns away from her child even when feeling rejected. She had to have felt rejection when Jesus asked Where is my mother?, after her being brought to him and announced to be His mother. But she stood by Him, Always loyal and always faithful to her call to be His Mother. And then there is The mother of Sauls two sons (Reziph) even though she was never Sauls wife she bore these two sons and even when they were hung and rotted she came and put out sack cloth and ashes, She loved the despicable and unlovely. All three mothers show us how God the Father will never give up on us, will love us even when we are rejecting Him and when we are not so lovely, even when we have just come from the pig pen and may not be presentable as the world thinks we should be. Is that not that just like God? So we know by these examples that He loves us unconditionally and would never subject us to harm without already having a plan for us to get out and be delivered. We know from His Word that it is not His will for us to continually have to climb rough mountains and stay in valleys of despair. In John 10-10 He tells us His desire for us is to have Life and life more abundantly!! Mark 11-23 Tells us that we are to speak to those Mountains and cast them in the sea, does that sound like we are to climb and struggle with them? In Matthew17-20: we are told that if we have the faith the size of a mustard seed we can cast them in the sea. How much more proof do we need that He does not want us in a daily struggle, or having to live in constant need of something. He promises us in Philippians 4-19 that He will meet our needs According to His riches in glory, Not our friends, jobs, banks or our own selves. He really expects us to believe that we receive when we pray, He tells us so in Matthew 21-22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. He expects us to receive it and see it manifest in our lives, When He told us in Isaiah 53-5 and II Peter 2-24 that we were and are healed by His stripes, then He wants us to receive healing and see it manifest!!!! In Matthew 10-8:He tells us that we are to go out Heal the sick, cast out demons and raise the dead, Do you believe that? Why are we not seeing more healing manifested? He tells us that we will do greater works than He did if we just believe In Him, John 14-12, and Then He goes on to say that no matter what we come up against, (because we will be attacked on every level) He will always have a lamb in the Thicket, Genesis 22-3 . A scape goat, a way out!! He is the same yesterday, today and forever He changes not: Hebrews 13-8. What He done for others He will do for you. What an Awesome God we serve!!!!!He has covered every problem in every area of our lives. Why do we still want to go through life believing that we are to carry His cross or struggle all the time? In Matthew 11-29 He tells us to Yoke up with Him that His yoke is easy and His burdens are light, and He will carry that cross for us, Why do we insist on carrying them? Remember Barnabas in the bible? In Matthew 27-31-32: Mark 15-20-21: John 19-17 and Luke 23-26 we are told how he was called up to help Jesus carry that cross. I know that God is an on purpose God and He does nothing without purpose and in order. He is not the God of Confusion, 1st Corinthians 14-33: That is why I am led to believe that it was done also to show us the importance of Yoking up with Him even in the hardest struggles. It is also an example of how Jesus always comes and lifts our load. . I believe that His desire is that we do the same for our fellowman. He does not want us living under the curse, He came to destroy the curse: Deut:27-26, Matthew 5-17-19, Hebrews 8-2-10, Jeremiah 31-33, Makes it clear that God does not want us living under the curse of the law,. In Jeremiah 29-11 He is clear that He wants us to be in peace and be able to avoid evil He wants us to have that expected end, of good. And last, but definitely not least, He calls us His Beloved. Is that amazing or what? The King of Kings is calling us His Beloved and just look at what He really desires for us: Again I must Shout: What an Awesome God we serve!!!!! 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. Now does this sound like a Father that loves His Children as a Mother loves their child or One that sits on His Throne and enjoys watching us struggle and live in a state of going from bad to worse?, I think it sounds like a loving Father that wants the very best for us and One that gets Pleasure from blessing us. His own Word tells us that we are to move from Faith to Faith, Glory to Glory: II Corinthians 3-18:But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. Romans 1-17:For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Just listen to just a few more Of His desires and Promises : These are His Own Words For His Children: (Psalms 147:11 NKJV) The LORD takes pleasure in those who fear Him, In those who hope in His mercy. (Psalms 149:4 NKJV) For the LORD takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation. (Isaiah 58:6-14 NKJV) Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke? 7.Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, And that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; When you see the naked, that you cover him, And not hide yourself from your own flesh? 8. Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard. 9. Then you shall call, and the LORD will answer; You shall cry, and He will say, Here I am. If you take away the yoke from your midst, The pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness, 10. If you extend your soul to the hungry And satisfy the afflicted soul, Then your light shall dawn in the darkness, And your darkness shall be as the noonday. 11. The LORD will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. 12. Those from among you Shall build the old waste places; You shall raise up the foundations of many generations; And you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, The Restorer of Streets to Dwell In. 13. If you turn away your foot from the Sabbath, From doing your pleasure on My holy day, And call the Sabbath a delight, The holy day of the LORD honorable, And shall honor Him, not doing your own ways, Nor finding your own pleasure, Nor speaking your own words, 14. Then you shall delight yourself in the LORD; And I will cause you to ride on the high hills of the earth, And feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father. The mouth of the LORD has spoken. (Jeremiah 9:23-24 NKJV) Thus says the LORD: Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, Let not the mighty man glory in his might, Nor let the rich man glory in his riches; 24. But let him who glories glory in this, That he understands and knows Me, That I am the LORD, exercising loving kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight, says the LORD. (Jeremiah 32:38-41 NKJV) They shall be My people, and I will be their God; 39. then I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear Me forever, for the good of them and their children after them. 40. And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from doing them good; but I will put My fear in their hearts so that they will not depart from Me. 41. Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will assuredly plant them in this land, with all My heart and with all My soul. (Ezekiel 18:23 NKJV) Do I have any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? says the Lord GOD, and not that he should turn from his ways and live? (Ezekiel 18:31-32 NKJV) Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. For why should you die, O house of Israel? 32. For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies, says the Lord GOD. Therefore turn and live! Again What an Awesome God we serve!!!!! People it is time that we start making the Word Absolute Truth in our lives!! There is no where that He tells us to climb the mountain, Stay in the valley, walk around with our heads held down in false humility trying to be spiritual!! Walking in the Spirit means to agree with God and do His will, Hate what He hates and love what He loves. But He does tells us to speak to it and get it out of our way!!!! Did you see that He told us to do that!!!!!! I really believe in 2014 it is time for the Church to stand up and start Working the Word and Casting these mountains into the sea!!!! I think it is time that we start seeing the Manifested Word of God Come To Life in our Lives!!! Let us stand up and start Moving From Glory to Glory!!!!!! Let us Choose Life and Live it in Abundance!!!! With Love From The Throne!!!! Working in His Service every day In Jesus!! For Jesus!! and Because Of Jesus!!!!!!! Your sister in Jesus, Mary H.
