Well, its been 50 years, now. Whats your opinion? Was it a conspiracy or did Lee Harvey Oswald act alone? Ive never been a big believer in conspiracies. In fact, if anything, I believe the opposite is true. I think things happen for far stupider reasons than we know. I mean, the day JFK was gunned down in Dallas, he was riding in an open limousine and the parade route was published in the newspaper! But, I will admit, Ive always respected those who believed it was a conspiracy to kill JFK. He certainly had plenty of enemies! Heck, even some members of the Kennedy FAMILY believed there was a conspiracy. But, the simple fact remains, that after all this time, we havent been able to conclusively prove anything other than that Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK and in a fit of rage, Jack Ruby killed Lee Harvey Oswald. This documentary ran on ABC 10 years ago on the 40th anniversary of the assassination and it sealed the deal for me. As far as Im concerned, Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone and so did Jack Ruby. I hope you take some time to watch it. It is narrated by the late Peter Jennings. It runs about an hour and a half.
