Well its official .... Last night at the Manchester Hoteliers Association Ball, our very own Paul Costello, was awarded Lifetime Achiever in recognition of his 44 year service and contribution to the hospitality industry. Paul has spent his 44 years at the Piccadilly in the role of Concierge and the team who had the pleasure of accompanying him at the event last night, were without doubt bursting with pride when the announcement was made. Paul, we couldnt be more prouder. You are indeed as huge asset to the Piccadilly. Your friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble attitude needs to bottled. You are indeed our Star! Many many congratulations ..... heres to another 44 years !!!
