Well my Facebook friends it has been one year since my son and I made the trip to Corpus Christi. Yes we left on the 9th of December and made it to Corpus Christi TX on the 12th. Since then we unpacked the truck painted and recarpeted the house got our Texas license and tags for the car. Made many new friends, got our real estate agents license I eventually got my Texas Real Estate Brokers license. Caught lots of fish enjoyed the beach found a great women to be with Kimberly Collins. Cooked my famous Pork and Sauerkraut for the New Years day dinner. Worked with Gomez Properties, thank you Rick Gomez, Coastal Bend Home Builders, George worked at Andys Kitchen and we all pitched in to keep us afloat. Now George and I decided to take the dive and open our own real estate company, All Area Real Estate. We are also working with a company called HomeMax Solutions they help our credit challenged buyers become homeowners. Yes Facebook friends we have made it one year and things are getting better everyday for us and we are both looking forward to the future and what it will bring. As Tom Hanks in the movie said I have to keep breathing for tomorrow the sun will rise again and who knows what the tide will bring that is from the movie Castaway. I will keep everyone updated as things get better.
