Well ...saw my physiotherspist today . And asked about my forthcoming new years day GRWE charity dip . I will have to do a test run first . But she says as long as i dont have a chest infection and as long as its not a frozen icy day and with a bit of breathing practice i should be ok . So would anyone else like to join me ..either for a practice see how it goes or a hell yeah for charity let me know .Alternatively will you sponsor me and my nackered lungs to dip for charity ..I will let you know what happens when u do a test run . But i will possibly have to postpone a week or 2 if frost or health get in the way of new year . Its all about the hounds .after all :)
