Well, we promised a big announcement this week regarding international Scouting. On Wednesday, at our troop meeting, we announced that once again we will host an international Scout. The surprise is this year, we will host not one but two international Scouts. Thebault is from Belgium and has over ten years in Scouting there. Till is from Germany and while he is new to Scouting, he is very anxious to give it a try. Thanks to the Cox and Purlee families for hosting. These young men join recent Scouts from Switzerland (Kasi), Belgium (Frederick) and Germany (Thilo). This is truly a very unique aspect to the Troop 1 program. Lots more information on this will be coming. Both boys will attend Jeffersonville High School.
