Well yesterday I took Lewis Van Meter, my son, to Savannah for his broken tooth. Today I took Tara VanMeter Sulman, my daughter, to Pooler to the 24 hour walk in clinic. She has vertigo, which could be due to an inner ear infection. They gave her a shot in her hip, it was a normal size needle, to Tara it was 6 inches long, she even said, dont go down to the bone. Yesterday, Lewis would NOT accept a shot for pain in his mouth, he said, Ill take a pill. Neither of my kids like medicine, not even Tylenol for pain. They both hate needles. But I am mom, I will drive to the ends of the earth to help them, needless to say I have spent $60 in gas in the past 2 days, but who can put a price on LOVE. Pray for my kids. Moms work is never done.
