Went to Madam Kwan at BSC today ....I ordered for a glass of warm water ....Server gave me a nasty look and said they dont serve warm water because they only serve bottled mineral water. OK now I am just wondering ..what happens where there are scenarios where a glass warm water is required. .? Anyway when I asked for a glass of warm water I didnt expect it to be free ...As I think is ok to charge it....And the server should not have give me a nasty look when I ordered a glass of warm water . Oh by the way ...Madam Kwan s food portion also have shrunk. ...but price remained hehehe
