We’re looking for a brilliant engineer to lead our team. You will be reporting directly to the CTO/Co-Founder and be responsible for scaling our engineering team. Responsibilities · Provide technical leadership while scaling and developing a high-performance engineering team · Ensure the teams development process delivers quality software with proper releases to production · Manage sprint planning and review process by determining strategy, scope and schedule of technical initiatives · Design and implement world-class organizational structure that fosters growth and career advancement · Use Hired’s platform to grow our engineering team from 10 to 50+ over the next few years Requirements · Belief that the recruiting industry is inefficient · 5+ years of software engineering experience at high-growth consumer internet companies · 3+ years experience managing and growing engineering teams from 10 to 50+ · Significant experience delivering highly reliable and scalable software systems · Experience leading agile and development teams on fast iteration cycles · Ruby on Rails experience is a plus
