Were pleased to announce that Rodney King will be on the Isle of Man in May to conduct two seminars at CM IoM. On Wednesday the 7th May, in place of our usual CM class will be a Kickboxing seminar, focussing on integrating the CM core kicking game into your boxing. On Thursday the 8th May, Rodney will be holding a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu seminar on mapping the top game. For those that pay monthly, there will be a concessionary price of £10 per seminar. For those that pay on the night, the price will be £20 per seminar. Dont miss your chance to come and train with Rodney, the founder of the CMD program and 3rd degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt. Its not often that someone with his level of experience in both physical and mental performance coaching comes to the Isle of Man!
