Weve been doing a BEST OF remix in classes this month. We mashed up some favorite PiYo moves and some favorite Turbo Kick layers. Last month we mashed up INSANITY. Theres something about the year coming to an end that makes you reflect on the last year, everything that youve achieved and havent, and everything you want to achieve next year. Ive been thinking about about my 10 crazy goals for 2015, my Priority Clarity Statement, and my Matra today. I didnt reach all of my goals this year and I slipped up on some things along the way, but Im not going to let that get me down. 2015 will tie up those loose ends and start more big things for me, my family, and my team. Im SOOO excited about it!! Have you set you 2015 goals yet?? In keeping with my latest reflections, Ive mashed up some of my favorite moves and decided to share them! The PiYo Pike, the Dolphin, and the Scorpion Lift. All three will challenge your core and really give you some insight on what you should start to work on, physically, next.
