What I saw: the lady wants a picture then she takes a picture with a few characters and them she left a tip of $10 for all of them, few moments after she appeared with cops to have her money back......, :( I start a small campaign to remake rules between people who do this for living, Im most of the time in Central Park( ok ok everyday) using my right to freedom of speech, no begging or harassing anyone for money, and thats something that I can prove at anytime; Councilman Andy King is proposing a Bill that will practically regulate me even if I didnt do anything wrong and neither go to Time Square often. Clearly in this video you can see how the characters say they are working( which is not true, they can not say they are working, that would be illegal ) Also you see how the lady wants to take advantage of this people ( very common to find this people in all New York) and to finish you see the cops making sure the lady gets the money back, mmmm, something need to be done and I decided to take that job :)
