What a bizarre conundrum we all now face in this lifetime! Muslim extremists are making it very difficult for civil, moderate Muslim citizens to function in society. That small fraction of crazies acting out their frustration and their beliefs do not (or will not) see how their murderous reaction to whatever they deem to be wrong with the world is quickly turning most of the civilized population against their fellow innocent Muslims, a peaceful people whose friends, families and neighbors will face the brunt of those terrorist actions in ways that bring out the worst in our society. Even though most of us would rather stay out of the fray, we may find ourselves having to go into rescue mode to save a Muslim friend, neighbor or stranger at some point down the road.
