What a grand celebration you must be having in heaven today for your 1 year serving the Lord in heaven! Im happy for you but cant help but wish that I could see your smiling face, or face of disgust (when it came to onions), or just hear your voice one more time. I guess the ultimate goal in our life time is to leave this world a little better than how you found it, and you accomplished that in so many ways! Your kindness, attentiveness, and work ethic rubbed off on those around you and unfortunately also left an empty place in our hearts when you left. There isnt 1 day that has gone by in this year that you havent crossed my mind. I still catch 11:11 on the clock, I still talk to you in the hopes that Ill get some sort of response. I will miss you and I will love you until that day that we get to meet again, my dear. Until then, keep an eye out for us and put in a good word with the big man upstairs.
