What a long and seemingly impossible journey its been this past year. After coming home from the Playa in 2013 with a vision and then a year later having that vision become a reality. It seemed like the universe threw curve ball after curve ball along with speed bumps and pot holes to maneuver around. But we had to get XUZA to the Playa and with determination we overcame all obstacles. I learned a lot this past year, about people, about myself and about what can be accomplished when you are determined. Ive made a lot of new friends, reinforced the bond with old friends and lost a few friends along the way. I wanted to personally thank the entire XUZA build crew, I know at times I can be intense and those who have dealt with me at my worst and still stuck it out I offer huge hugs and my gratitude. Without each and everyone of you this dream, this project would never have reached its goal! You believed in the project and you selflessly committed your time and you all deserve recognition!
