What an awesome week I had! I received an award of distinction at the Watercolor Society of Oregons exhibition for my Venice painting, won a classy Venetian mask at the delicious banquet in Medford, stayed with a host family in their beautiful home (thank you Kim and Bob Faucher), had dinner in the little town of Jacksonville with my new artsy friends, and soaked up lots of good art from juror Linda Baker at her week long workshop. All this and perfect weather too.Cant beat all that, eh? Wish youd have been there too.
