What does Judaism teach about the afterlife? Jewish sacred - TopicsExpress

What does Judaism teach about the afterlife? Jewish sacred texts and literature have little to say about what happens after death. This may seem surprising to non-Jews, since the sacred texts of Christianity and Islam (both of which have their foundations in Judaism) elaborate rather fully about the afterlife. But Judaism is much more focused on actions than beliefs, so it is actually to be expected that its prophets and sages have not spent as much time on speculations about the world to come as elaborations on the mitzvot to be performed in this life. (See Judaism fast facts) The Torah and Talmud alike focus on the purpose of earthly life, which is to fulfill ones duties to God and ones fellow man. Succeeding at this brings reward, failing at it brings punishment. Whether rewards and punishments continue after death, or whether anything at all happens after death, is not as important. Despite the subjects general exclusion from the Jewish sacred texts, however, Judaism does incorporate views on the afterlife. Yet unlike the other monotheistic religions, no one view has ever been officially agreed upon, and there is much room for speculation. So, as they focus on the present life in this world, they have been success in occupying Christians about Their Life in the Next world…That makes Christians easier to control… Islam has figured this out, and says that to enter the Next World as a Martyr is to the individuals benefit… So it appears, that all three of the Middle Eastern Religions are still being controlled by the Original Story, written by the Hebrews… The Turkic-Mongols, that had ravaged the lands between the Asia and Europe settled in the Land between the Caspian Sea and Black Sea, and in order to create a medium between the Christians and Islamists Adopted Judaism as a buffer between the two to control trade. The leader of these people, Bulant asked the christian traders whether they felt better dealing with the islamists or jews? The christian leaders said the jews. Then Bulant asked the islamic traders, between the christians and the jews. The response was the jews over christians…Bulant decided that HIS people, the marauding warriors, the Turkic-Mongols would as a whole convert to judaism in order to create less friction all around. As there were few if any jews living in that region it was settled. Bulants people became the middle men of trade between Europe and Asia…These Turkic-Mongols became the Ashkenazi jews…never settling foot in the land of Abraham...
