What does QUALITY in olive oil mean? How do we recognize a quality oil? Not thanks to the label (mostly fluff, reflects at best laws created by lobbies aka the same foul players that are now being exposed more and more often, and sadly not by demanding and discerning consumers, nor by high-end, top notch artisanal oil producers). Not thanks to the packaging. Not thanks to the appearance of the oil (if you can see it thanks to a clear the container). A little thanks to the price, but not really either...
