What is Fitna according to Islam? Before his death, the Prophet Mohammed warned his followerswith said that if a war breaks out between Muslims themselves Islam will vanish from the earth. And he knew what he said, because he was the one who led the way of the sword of Islam, ie, Dar al Harb, and then Dar al Islam. He knew well known that conflicts within Islam, do not end with scholarly theological debates mosque. They cut the heads off with shed much blood. Warned of this is called the fitna. The word fitna gathers within it a split cue, retirement, turmoil and anarchy within Islam itself. Today, the term is usually translated as the War of civilians.
