What is corruption? 1. Asari Dokubos family house sits underneath oil reserve. That of Danjuma sits inside desert with no prospect of water, yet, Danjuma controls Dokubos oil reserves while the former is poor. 2. Fashola as the governor of Lagos State goes to the World Bank for loans of N93 billion and N160 billion at high interest rates to refurbish schools and to build light rail lines respectively, for the people of the state while the Federal Government in Abuja collects over N10 trillion from Lagos State. There is a solution to this kind of corruption. It is called Regional Autonomy. Gambari doesnt want us to return to regionalism. The Yoruba and Ijaw want to end this corruption and have expressed their support for true and fiscal federalism. But God knows why Jonathan is bidding his time before returning Nigeria back to full regional autonomy. But whatever it is, the Yoruba nation is better off under Jonathan than Gambari.
