In other words, the buck stops with him. Political Revenge and unconstitutional unequal treatment and silencying are what was accomplished against the conservative groups/organizations under his watch. He should resign for his colossal failure as overseer of the IRS and his failure to see to it that the U. S. Constitution and laws were faithfully followed and enforced by him and his IRS.
