What makes the plans unique to me? Were glad you asked. There is a wide range of settings that are used to make the plan specific to you. These include your fitness level, what equipment you have, whether you have a gym membership, what equipment is available at the gym, how often you would like to train at the gym, what goal or goals you are training for as well as specifics within these goals, i.e. what muscles or disciplines you want to train. In addition to this, the training plans use a wide range of training tests. There are currently 7 different fitness tests available, but this will be rapidly increased to 41. These tests not only allow you to learn about your current ability in any aspect of fitness and to monitor your progress, but also allow the system to set plans at your current ability and adjusting plans as you adapt to keep you training at the right level and intensity.
