What really is Raila sipposed to say at the homecoming rally? He will thank all CORDesians and Kenyans in general for keeping the spirit of democracy alive and for demanding accountability from the govt. He will thank those who stood by him in his struggle for democracy and the new constitution (boy, he will dwell on this so much till the message strikes home.) He will talk about the challenges facing the country and equivocate them to the UhuRuto regime. He will challenge Kenyans to demand for change (the latent motive will be to further unfuriate the already disillusioned masses). He will talk about devolution, on how his father always stood fr majimboism but was overruled by far more superior people from a certain region. He will equivocate that to the current bood blood between the devolved govts and the UhuRuto led administration. He will touch on the new constitution and the sacrifices it took to have it promulgated on August 2010, courtersy of his stewardship as the Right Hon PM of Kenya. He will point out that a certain individual at the helm of power (Ruto) rejected the new constitution and continues to do so now by undermining the central pillar of the constitution (Devolution). Case examples of governors facing impeachment on flimsy grounds will be handy. He will talk of National Reconciliation and Healing and how it is impossible to achieve it by merely having two individuals sign a pact without implementing justice and ewuality in resource allocation and ethnic balancing in the civil service. ....................
