What the..?! What does San Diego Unified School District need with an armored personnel carrier? Seriously, how bad has middle school gotten?!?!?! Do we really have to worry about IEDs at Roosevelt Middle School now? I can barely justify San Diego PD needing something like this, but the School District Police? REALLY?!?!
