What would you say if a fitness program: 1) allowed you to drink wine & coffee 2) taught you about portion control 3) provided a SIMPLE meal plan WITHOUT RESTRICTING your diet 4) consisted of 30 minute workouts (less than 4 hours per week) 5) you could lose 10+ lbs and 15+ The trainer (Autumn) was saying how she was working her clients butts off but they werent losing weight. She couldnt figure out why-- until she went to lunch with one of her clients. Even though her client ate healthy (a large salad) she had her total amount of calories for the day in ONE sitting -- which was causing her not to lose the weight. What I love about Autumn is she realizes that once you tell someone they CANT have something that is the first thing they want. So yeah, she was sure to include the things we love! I am telling you this program is what you need to change your habits! Portion containers help you get the perfect portions for each food group at each meal.
