Whatever the outcome of this case, Im incredibly proud to work for a leader who had the courage to file suit to save City College at a time when many people -- and one prominent newspaper -- harshly criticized him for doing so. Im proud that our office won the court-ordered stay that continues to keep City College open. But most of all, Im proud of the stellar legal professionals Im honored to call my colleagues. They worked so hard for so many months to demonstrate -- convincingly, I believe -- that the ACCJC did indeed engage in unfair and unlawful acts in evaluating City College of San Francisco. So, kudos to: Dennis Herrera, Sara Eisenberg, Yvonne Mere, Ronald Flynn, Tom Lakritz, Matt Goldberg, the entire paralegal support team, and the Yale Law School SFALP fellows.
