Whats your thoughts on Vaping? I bought an e-cig about a month ago, and it has been working like a charm. Because I am getting nicotine still, I no longer feel the urge for a smoke at all. I cheated a little at first, but soon felt gross whenever I had a puff of a real smoke. Not reformed from nicotine completely obviously, but I feel better, am saving money, and dont smell like an ashtray anymore! Ive tryed the patch and Champix etc, but I think this may be the right alternative.
