Whats your workplace culture regarding support of the organization? Ive worked in nonprofits for so long, and done volunteering for enough years, that its in my blood to do things for the betterment of the whole even when it costs me time or money. I currently work in academic setting but also a non profit, and I dont experience the sacrifice of the personal for the whole. Not whining, just trying to gauge what people think about sacrificing their time, their talents, their money for the place at which they work.
