When I deadlift I have a hard time getting my ass low . Typically I pull narrow stance because I feel to have more power but then it turns into almost a stiff leg deadlift because my ass comes up too fast, and anything near my max of 475-500 my shoulders go ahead . If I pull wider stance I have no power but keep much better form throughout the lift but cap at 365 . When I squat I go wider and have great power . Maybe just mobility issues on getting low ? Thoughts?
