When a grand jury reaches a decision counter to common sense and - TopicsExpress

When a grand jury reaches a decision counter to common sense and public expectation, I believe the judge has a duty to explain in detail what was lacking in reaching the verdict the public expected. Not to, and relying solely on the publics exposure to the obvious elements supplied by the media are tantamount to lighting the fuse on dynamite. On the other hand, it makes no sense to me when protestors burn and loot businesses when their point would have been better made if they burned down the courthouse.
