When officers such as Eric Holder enter Federal office, they swear - TopicsExpress

When officers such as Eric Holder enter Federal office, they swear an oath to support and defend the Constitution. That oath binds them to the terms of the Constitution and subordinates their opinions to it. They cannot, under the terms of the oath, support treaties, legislation, orders, or any other official or unofficial action that contradicts the terms of the Constitution... doing so violates their oath and effectively vacates their office for official purposes. International Law does NOT trump the Constitution, nor can anyone sworn to support and defend the Constitution officially support ANY organization or group that seeks to overthrow or contravene it. Today we have a government of criminals who are enemies of the Constitution; the American Republic is in desperate need of its patriots to defend it; will you?
