When shooting into a reflective surface, eg a wedding ring, what is the best option for controlling what the reflection is? I find that I am often the reflection in the ring, or the light source its self. I would love to shot with the option of avoiding this instead of fixing it in post process. This ring shot, while I did not manage to grab the full depth in focus, I do like enough to continue working with. I need to tackle the reflection in the upper half of the mans band, the bottom is the cushion.
