When there is no pain or discomfort the normal reaction is that I am Fine. When there is pain, I must get rid of it the quickest way possible, is also a normal reaction. What people do not understand is that in between the state of being fine, and suffering from pain and discomfort, is the time you are just living, not paying attention to your body. Nothing is screaming out at you. This is where a major lifestyle shift needs to be made. Being mindful and accepting responsibility for the welfare of your body by doing basic things to keep your body well aligned, and free moving makes sense to do all the time rather than when pain sets in. You can do general Wellbeing work or focus on the different parts of you that you feel need more of your attention.
