Whether you praise or criticize the #icebucketchallenge, it has been successful at accomplishing a few things. 1. Raising money and awareness for ALS 2. Raising awareness for water conservation and the shortage of clean water for many people all over the world. 3. The power of viral movements on social networks. Yes! We DO have the power to make a huge difference in the world in so many ways! 4. In this day and age Money is power, and those movie stars who have tons of it, have the power change our country. Even if they used 1/4 of their income, theyd still have more money than anyone needs. Ive noticed that the people who have less tend to give more and those who have more hold on to it. So, my challenge to all you famous people(those of whom would not be rich without a world full of adoring fans): You have the power to make huge changes, socially and environmentally. TAKE CHARGE and make the world a better place!
