While at the shelter I saw Rathore uncle with one of the injured pups in his arms. On further inquiry I came to know that three of the little ones feet were bad shape. Uncle found him and got him to Kanha Upvan for treatment. I believe that Rathore uncle makes a trip to see this puppy daily. He travels 22 kms by shared auto @ 75 Rs to the main Nadarganj area and then from there walks 3 more kms to reach the shelter. He repeats the same thing on his way home. You can see that he is a man of meager means. He brings boiled eggs everyday for his puppy but today he got him some gajar ka halwa as well. His wife made some and he wanted to treat the little guy with bit. Just when we think we do so much, there comes someone like Rathore uncle in front of whom we are humbled again. How true is the saying those who have the least, give the most.
