While the Talent Walk kicks off this weekend, excited to share some more about the not-for-profit movement India Talent Revolution , set rolling over a year ago by Luk Dewulf (Globally acknowledged author and Coach for his pioneering and life changing work in talent management). Were already touched and empowered many lives across corporates, schools, colleges and NGOs :) Part of a Global Talent Revolution, the Indian chapters mission is to make available to all strata of Indian society, the powerful talent-based way of looking at ourselves. In essence, it reveals a persons user manual and knowing this helps answers all the WHYs ! WHY we feel energised, why frustrated, why the strained relationship, why enjoy some jobs and not some...and then..WHAT we should do to stay happy, positive and energised...in any situation or job!
