While working out I had an idea to help solve unemployment issues, and the over crowding of public schools.. Seems to me we should have two shifts, kids that attend school during the day and kids that attend in the evening. With more and more parents working second shift jobs, why not allow those kids to go to school while their parents work. This would mean more teachers employed as well. I also think child care places should run 24 hours a day as not everyone works 9 to 5 . With the high population of people it seems that dividing the populus into day folk and night folk would also help considerably with traffic and general annoyance as well. Just my thoughts.. ;)
