Typical dry time before painting is one to two weeks depending on temperature and humidity. Putty must be painted after it has skinned over and attained a firm set. For best results, use a high quality oil-based paint, or if using a latex paint, prime first with a high quality oil based primer. Available in five container sizes.Important NotesDo not thin glazing. Do not apply when air or sash temperatures are below 40 degrees F (4 degrees C). Do not use on plastic windowpanes, insulating glass units with an organic seal, any windowpane over 48 inches (1,219 millimeters) in length, or metal sash with rabbets over 1-1/4 inch (32 millimeters) wide.
