@Whitehouse @Housefloor @StateDept @TheJusticeDept @UN The Hong-Kong, China issued sanctions to #GovPH on the grounds that their demands was not achieved, that is the President of the Philippines should be the one to issue the apology on Mendoza-Chinese Hostage Crisis in Quirino Grandstand that murdered Chinese tourist from Hong-Kong. Therefore, it is recommended that the United Nation Court will examine to find out if the decision should require the Philippines to issue an official apology regarding on the said incident.
