Who needs a quiet place to study for the next school year (08/30/14 - 8/31/15)? This is a 12 month joint lease. 10-15 minutes biking to campus and less than 250 feet from the bus station (G,J,F). You would have 2 other roommates, no gender preference. Prefer mature undergraduate students , grad students or professionals (recent graduates). Heres the address to the quiet complex: 690 Alvarado Ave, Davis CA with a recently improved management starting this summer. We have a 2 bedrooms 1 and ½ bathroom within a town-house apartment. Master Badroom: $450/month and Regular Room: $400/month. Both prices are before PG&E and Comcast which adds up to an extra $20-$30/month/per person depends on the electricity used. Video attached.
