Why you are NOT going to achieve your 2015 goals. The reason - TopicsExpress

Why you are NOT going to achieve your 2015 goals. The reason your NOT going to achieve your goals in 2015. What you need to know Stats tell us your new years changes will be kaput by mid febuarary. You don’t have a programme, plan or support enough to achieve your goal. You need to invest inyourself the same way you would your house car or appearance ($£$£$£$) Get Help!!!!! So its that time of year again, to reflect on the last 12months and decide what changes you want to make going into 2015. Statistics tells us that adherence to goals set in the new year are rubbish! We will see a great up take in whatever we have decided we want to achieve, but by February we have tailed off and our initial goal will be nothing but a memory :’(. But why is that? Why do we find it so hard to stick to our new years resolution. Heres why…. If you wanted to add an extension on to the side of your house but had no knowledge of how to do it. Would you; A. Go to B&Q, tool up and get started. B. Spend a few days on Google and Youtube trying to figure out how to do it. Or C. Get professional help? The correct answer is of course C. Well, that is if you don’t want to waste time and money. Not to mention the quality of the extension will be much better than if you had a go yourself. For some reason when trying to change something about ourselves we see spending money on that thing as frivolous. That may be a cultural thing but in my experience we would much rather pay £300 to get our car maintained than spend that same amount on improving ourselves. Hair cloths nails and shoes yes but posture, eating better, managing our money or becoming fitter we stuggle to see a link strong enough to part with our cash. Imagine if you spent £150 on a basic money management course. That course gave you the necessary knowledge to help you save £1000 for that year, would this be a good investment? All though the link is a lot less direct any money you spend on improving yourself will help you to earn the back plus more. For example if you pay to go swimming 2x / week now you find yourself having more energy to take on more at work you get a promotion. Ofcourse there are many factors which may lead one to getting a promotion but you get the idea. The reason you have failed at achieve your goals in the past is 3 fold You don’t have the knowledge to create a programme to achieve the desired outcome You don’t have a workable plan incorporating everything needed to guarantee success You don’t have the right support network to keep on track and turn to when things get tough A good professional, should solve these problems and bring a whole host of benefits making it far more likely to succeed. Not only to achieve that given task but to do it faster, more cost effectively and finish with better results. For example the sheer act of committing financial investment into something tells yourself that your serious. Making adherence that much more stronger. In my experience, the bigger the investment the bigger the adherence. Having a coach means having someone else with a vested interest in you achieving your goals and as research shows can have massive implications on the outcome of a thing. In a famous study conducted by the university of x participants who had a coach had strength Gaines of up to 30% compared tio those without. You could argue that you do not need to spend money on achieving your goals in 2015. But it would be silly to argue that you would be much more likely to achieve those goals with the help of a professional. if you would like to know exactly how to achieve your goals book in for a complimentary consultation topperformancesss/get-started.html
