Winter in Newfoundland is hard no matter how you cut it and this - TopicsExpress

Winter in Newfoundland is hard no matter how you cut it and this year has been particularly harsh. Red Wine and Whiskey are consumed at alarming rates just to cope with the cold and the dark. I take massive amounts of Vitamin D and Fish oil to keep the Blahs at bay and I try to keep physically active. It all Helps. The past 2 days can only be described as rare. The Sun came out and the Wind stayed away and we took full advantage of the opportunity. My youngest (fin) is now a full on defenceman while my oldest (keegan) wreaks havoc from the wing ... and this Dad has never felt Warmer on a Winters day.
