Woke up today feeling lathargic. Had some brews, wings, soda yesterday n was dehydrated, felt like shit from the combination. I been reading articles all day about nutrition and health and genetics going to now sign up for more nutrition classes as planned. I always enjoyed working out but Need more direction in nutrition.ing from a lovely family who has countless cases of diabetes, obesity problems and seen deaths directly related to both I feel its my job to help others and educate others on the dangers that we consume. things people should understand 1. sugar turns to, stored as fat via (lipo/gensis) if not used soon after consuming, helps prolong leptin signals which trigger the full feeling u get and is food for cancer with 10000 health risks. 2 Fried foods increase obesity, stroke, diabetes, and cancer risks and have hepatitis like effects on liver via saturated fats oils creating fatty liver. 3. People dont care enough about foods nutrition because 90% of the US eats for personal pleasure, what tastes good or dont want to accept the truth about garbage fast food, sugar or simply dont care which is dumb in my opinion. Yes food is amazing and hard to control but taste only last a few minutes or seconds what goes inside can have lifelong effects on ones health. If your always tired/sleeping, always have headaches, always have no energy to workout try to fix your diet before making excuses like I always work, I need Tylenol, I didnt have coffee or red Bull or I never get to sleep in... why sleep in why waste time off your life sleeping... todays the day I stop eating fast food, stop drinking soda, and nomore fried foods at all cold turkey I feel disgusted and tired everytime I eat this shit. I feel I need to set a better example for my babe and all kids. Agree with me or not idc I know Im right #bangbang #whoswithmedoe #doitforthekids
