Woman pleads guilty to stealing from disabled residents..... After stealing thousands of dollars from the developmentally disabled residents she was supposed to be helping, a former Hope Enterprises residential director pleaded guilty recently to theft by failure to make required disposition of funds. Terri Lynne Stutzman, 44, of 532 1/2 W. Third St., took $33,714 from the accounts of 13 residents between September 2012 and November 2013, according to city police Agent Ronald L. Bachman. Stutzmans victims were over 65 years old and physically or mentally handicapped. She was caught after submitting receipts for womens clothes for a male resident. She also submitted receipts for items for her home and entertainment. A plea agreement calls for up to 90 days in prison. She will be sentenced July 9 in county court.
