Women ask me this question all the time...Are men welcome here? YES, YES, and YES! Years ago when I was in a high-level Group Dynamics/Psychology class, I learned that there were studies that showed that women actually dont feel like they are included in a group until they see themselves represented. Translation: Many women dont join groups until they see images of other women, the word women included in the group name, or sometimes until they see or hear their name acknowledged from within the group itself. Men on the other hand, simply join in and know they welcome anywhere! So to both women and men...YES, youre welcome here. We offer a safe space where you can be transparent, authentic, and open.
