Working in the office this past Saturday I received the following email just before 5:30 PM. Not only did it make my day, it made my year! Dear Garry, We just finished the installation at the house in Palm Beach. It looks beautiful, mainly thanks to you. Your furniture is gorgeous, and even more importantly, it all arrived in time. I can’t believe how many pieces Leathercraft Furniture, Inc. managed to get out in such a short time! Someone is doing a good job managing that factory. He or she ought to give lessons to some of the other companies. Unbelievable. What is so impressive is that the factory, and you, kept your promise to deliver. Sometimes that doesnt happen. We will use you again, that is for sure. We also know you spent a lot of your own time managing our orders. Many, many thanks --- I want to personally thank Pamela Hughes of Hughes Design Associates for taking the time to compliment us on our work. That also doesnt happen very often! ~ Garry
